What is the difference between an AI workflow and an AI agent?

An AI workflow follows fixed steps: something comes in, AI processes it and the result moves to the next step, for example a draft quote. An AI agent gets a goal and rules and decides for itself which steps are needed, such as assessing a request, asking for missing information and following up with the customer. We often combine both.
What does the €790 AI audit include?

In the audit we map out your current processes and decide where AI saves the most time or errors. You get an overview of the opportunities, what's feasible and where best to start. The audit costs a one-time €790 excl. VAT. You're not tied to anything afterwards: you can continue on your own, or build it with us.
Is my business data safe with AI?

For each use case we decide which data goes to an AI model and keep sensitive data out where it isn't needed. We mainly work with Anthropic's Claude models through the business API, where by default your data is not used to train models. We process personal data in line with the GDPR.
Does my team need to be technical?

No. We build the workflows so your team uses them inside the tools it already knows, such as email or your existing software. At handover we explain how everything works and where the limits are, so nobody is left with a black box. That also covers the AI literacy requirement of the AI Act.
Does AI automation work with the software we already use?

In most cases, yes. Many accounting, CRM, planning or email packages have an integration or API an AI workflow can work with. During discovery we look at which systems you use and how best to connect to them. Where no integration exists, we find a practical workaround.
